Which shisha should I buy?
The best shisha will fit your needs and budget, whether you are looking for something occasional or for frequent sessions. The quality of a shisha is measured by its construction, high-quality materials, and attention to detail, contributing to a better smoking experience. Stainless steel is the most recommended material due to its strength and durability. Traditional chamber shishas offer better smoke output, and those made of epoxy resin and wood provide a durable product with an extra touch of luxury. If you have any questions, you can contact our team and we will advise you.

How do I prepare a shisha?
Hello! Preparing a shisha is super easy, here I explain briefly how it's done:

  1. Fill the base with water: fill the shisha base with water to approximately 2-3 centimeters above the immersion tube.
  2. Add the tobacco: place the tobacco in the shisha bowl (bowl). You can mix it with flavors to give it a personalized touch. Make sure not to overfill it so that it does not touch the aluminum foil or heat manager and distribute it evenly without pressing it too much.
  3. Place the aluminum/manager: Place aluminum foil as taut as possible and make holes. Some bowls can have the heat manager placed directly.
  4. Place the charcoal: light the shisha charcoals until they are red hot. Place the lit charcoals on the bowl's aluminum, making sure they are evenly distributed. Use a heat manager to distribute the heat more evenly and make the flavor last longer.
  5. Wait and enjoy: let the tobacco heat for a few minutes. In the meantime, place the mouthpiece on the hose and take a few gentle puffs to make sure the smoke flows correctly.

And that's it! Now you just have to relax, enjoy the delicious and smooth puffs of smoke and have a pleasant time with your friends. Always remember to keep the shisha clean and be careful with the charcoals. Have fun and enjoy your shisha!

Which shisha bowl is the best?
Firstly, all shishas are compatible with all bowls, and their operation is independent of which shisha we are smoking. The best bowls for shisha are those that are made artisanally in a pottery, as there are also those that are mass-produced by mould, but these manage heat worse. Among those made by hand, the best are those made of high-temperature clay.

Which shisha charcoal is the best?
The best charcoal for shisha is charcoal made with natural coconut skin, although it requires a stove to heat, it has fewer toxic properties and therefore gives a more optimal performance, with longer duration and uniform heat to the bowl you are smoking.

How do I clean the shisha?
Cleaning your shisha regularly is important to keep it in good condition and ensure an optimal smoking experience. Here's how you can clean it easily:

  1. Disassemble the shisha: Remove all detachable parts of the shisha, such as the stem, hose, and downstem. Make sure to remember how they fit together to facilitate the assembly process after cleaning, and be careful not to lose any small parts like the purge valves that can easily fall out.
  2. Wash the parts: Use water and a soft brush or sponge to clean each part separately. You can add a little mild detergent or special shisha cleaner to remove any residue or lingering flavours. Make sure to rinse all parts thoroughly to remove any traces of detergent.
  3. To clean the base, you can use a mixture of warm water with white vinegar or specific shisha cleaners. Fill the base with the cleaning solution, gently swirl it, and let it soak for a few minutes. Then, rinse it well with running water. To help, we recommend special brushes for bases that can bend and help clean the inside of the base.
  4. You can dry the parts by air-drying or with a soft cloth. If you are not going to use the shisha immediately, make sure that no water is trapped between the parts, which could damage the shisha, especially if it is not made of stainless steel.

Remember that it is advisable to clean the shisha after each use to keep it in optimal condition. Also, avoid leaving it exposed to the elements or in a damp place, as this can encourage the accumulation of dirt and deteriorate it more quickly. Enjoy your clean and ready-to-use shisha!

How do I light the shisha coal?
To light natural shisha charcoal, which is the most sold and recommended on the market today, our recommendation is to use an electric or gas charcoal burner, as it requires a lot of heat, although you can also light it on your kitchen's ceramic hob (which we do not recommend as the appliance may be damaged).

There are also self-igniting charcoals, which can be lit with a simple lighter, although we recommend natural charcoals as they will give your shisha better performance and duration with less odour.
