How can I place an order?
To place an order online, you must be over 18 years old. You can place an order online from anywhere in the world, although shipping and some offers will vary depending on your order's delivery area. You can check payment methods and more information in our shipping and returns section. If you find it difficult to place an order or have any problems, you can always ask our sales team to place the order for you in our contact section.

What payment methods are available?
Payment options vary depending on the delivery area. In total, they are as follows:
  • Credit card (through a secure payment platform Redsys)
  • Bizum
  • Bank transfer or bank deposit
  • Cash on delivery (you pay in cash upon delivery)
  • PayPal (has the option to split the payment into 3 installments)

How can I know if my order was successful?
We always recommend creating a customer account to track your orders more easily, as well as to enjoy customer promotions and discounts. When you place an order as a customer or guest and it is successful, you will receive an automatic email with your order confirmation. You may have entered the email incorrectly or it may appear in spam. If you still have problems, you can contact our customer service.

How can I track my order?
All orders have an associated tracking number, except if you choose the option to Collect in Store. You can see your order's tracking number in your customer account, as soon as it changes to the "Shipped" status. Some companies we work with will send you an additional email or SMS with your order information. If you have difficulties tracking your order, you can contact us at customer service.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time in Spain (Peninsula) is 24/48h for express economy shipping. There are other more urgent options, such as Urgent 14 shipping, or upon express request by the customer, Saturday Delivery. For those particular shipments or other more specific shipments (time slot delivery, delivery before 10:00, etc.), you must contact our customer service beforehand to assess the delivery cost. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area, the weight/volume of the order, and the service. Urgent and international services are more expensive, however, for the standard service (Spain, Peninsula), you can enjoy free shipping from a certain purchase volume. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Depending on the area, there may be additional customs charges. For more information, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48h of receiving the package. You can contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Here is the contact information. If you are not going to receive the order and someone else is going to receive it, it is important that they check it as soon as it is delivered.

How can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order whenever you want if it has not left our facilities. If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return or exchange, but it will incur delivery costs. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at our customer service number.
