Return Terms

14 DAY RETURN

You can request a full refund of the product amount or a product exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. To do so, contact our Customer Service department by phone or email. With the following conditions:

• Products made and purchased to order are not subject to exchange or return.
• For the exchange or return to be carried out, the product must be in perfect packaging and seal conditions.
• Not all purchased products are eligible for exchange or return. Those for personal use are excluded for logical hygiene measures: shishas, bases, hoses, mouthpieces, personal mouthpieces, molasses catchers, roshs and unsealed pods and liquids. RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Any product received that has been damaged must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. For this, it is important that the item is unused and without signs of use or handling. We will contact the product's manufacturing brand, making your claim known. In cases of products with manufacturing defects, our company is merely an intermediary between the brand or manufacturer and the customer. The conditions of the return or replacement are stipulated by the brand or manufacturer.
